How we handle your photos

Selfies you upload for colour analysis are processed in memory only and discarded immediately after analysis. We never save them to disk or keep them on our servers — only the derived colour values (your season and palette) are kept.

Clothing photos are handled differently: when you add a garment to your wardrobe, we keep a small thumbnail so your wardrobe can display it. We store only that thumbnail and the detected colours — never the original full-resolution image. Removing an item hides it from the wardrobe; the thumbnail is deleted when you delete your account. Biometric colour analysis is opt-in

Analysing a selfie to determine your colour season uses facial colour information. This only ever runs with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You can also choose your season manually and skip facial analysis entirely.

The waitlist

When you join our waitlist, we store your email address so we can tell you when Flattera is ready. We use Resend to manage this list and send those emails. We will not sell your email or use it for anything other than early-access updates, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

AI processing

Some analysis is performed by third-party AI providers. Where this happens, we require that your images are not retained by the provider and are not used to train their models. If a provider cannot meet that bar, we do not use it.

Cookies

This marketing site uses only what's needed to function. We do not run advertising trackers on it. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.
